1. How long will it take to learn and implement LenderMate.com?

If you're used to a whiteboard with names and checkboxes, you'll literally be up and running in 5 minutes. The main page of LenderMate.com is designed to be your home page, and looks just like a typical white-board layout. Most users are using the core system within fifteen minutes of the tour, and have their entire pipeline entered within a few hours.

2. Is it a LOS? Is this to replace Point or Encompass?

No, this works in conjunction with those origination software packages. We do a lot of things those packages don't - and they produce your mortgage documentation far better than we can.

3. Is it secure enough? What if a hacker gets your data?

We are very very private about security, but rest assured we take it very seriously. Our IT team has worked with well known publicly held companies and employ multiple redundant discreet technologies with IP tracing and IP blocking to ensure your borrower's information is never compromised. In the very very unlikely event that were to happen, we are federally required to make this information public. If you are or know a white-hat hacker, we invite you to test our code under controlled supervision - with a cash bonus if you can break through. There have been multiple random attempts already and none have surpassed even level one (of several) security mechanisms.

5. Is training available?

Help and training happens through your choice of 4 methods: 1. Conference calls are scheduled throughout the week, broken into basic and advanced topics. 2. You'll automatically be subscribed to a morning 5-minute training fax, by which you learn the program in 5 minutes per day over three weeks. 3. Various help files are available by clicking help. 4. There is a discussion board with a help discussion with answers from LenderMate staff.

6. How much is it for lenders?

Free! We do that to include the most comprehensive data. We may offer paid priority listings at a later date based on loan criteria, but we will always make it clear that such search results are paid and thus presented in "first position".

7. What are plugins?

Plugins are a way for Lendermate to interface with other software. Lendermate.com is a far better way to do business than was previously available, but we don't need to re-invent the wheel. We're real fans of some other products in the market. We do not offer the same services that companies like Loan Toolbox®, Mortgage Coach®, Mortgage Market Guide®, and Buffini Systems® do, and hope we can offer a one-login-solution to everything a great provider like you would need. This also provides a perfect framework for you to extend Lendermate.com functionality should you need custom applications, or know a provider that offers a system component you need.

Lendermate.com was built by Loan Officers, for Loan Officers. It is a privately held company. Gendesic is simply the parent company of LenderMate.com.
